BARRY HUMPHREYS MBE CFS
A previous Senior Flying Instructor for the elite UK Attack Helicopter Force and Senior Operator for the UK Apache Fleet.
A Qualified Helicopter Instructor (QHI) and graduate of the Central Flying School. He attained A2 status (above Average Instructor) and has over 6500 flying hours. Awarded the coveted Master Air Pilot Award by the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators (GAPAN). Awarded the highly prized US Army Master Aviator Badge. Holds a UK CAA Commercial Pilot Licence for Helicopters. A graduate of the Training Academy Programme (TAPS) and Portsmouth University Business School. Holds AET Level 4 Teaching and Assor Qualifications
Over nine years of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems experience of delivering training courses, developing proceedures and providing consultancy.
NICHOLAS LEWIS
Currently the Lead Helicopter Simulator Flying Instructor responsible for delivering training to one of the UKs largest helicopter operators, to exacting standards.
A Qualified Helicopter Instructor (QHI) and graduate of the Central Flying School. He has over 3000 hours of flying and instructional experience, having served worldwide, flying in some of the most austere environments on the planet. Awarded a commendation for saving an aircraft suffering serious technical issues in flight. Recently awarded Master Air Pilot in recognition of long service and consistently high standards in several branches of professional flying, military and civilian, live and synthetic and Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, reflecting an aviation career of achievement and distinction. A graduate of the Training Academy Programme (TAPS). Holds AET Level 3 Teaching.
